Actress Shriya who is familiar with her image in the south is ready to make her way into Hollywood as she was offered a role in Ashok Amritraj’s ‘The Other End Of Lion’. Earlier it was Priyanka Chopra who was offered with the female lead in this film but couldn’t make it as she has no dates which lead Ashok to offer the role to Shriya who is busy with her  upcoming films in Kollywood. The young actress from Delhi has been getting huge offers as she recently made her  debut in Bollywood by acting opposite Emran Hashmi in ‘Awaraapan’. The male lead in the film will be played by Jesse  Metcalfe, the handsome hunk of Hollywood films. Shriya says that, it is a very interesting step for her to bag a Hollywood project so early in her career as a lead and the character that she plays in the film is of  a girl, who has a middle class  background and is very deeply rooted in her cultural values. She also revealed that  she is doing Apoorva Lakhia’s  ‘Mission Istanbul’ opposite Zayed Khan which is a multi-starrer with Vivek Oberoi,Abhishek Bachchan and Suniel Shetty.
