Prince Mahesh babu, who is now a father of a child, has abused the media for touching his personnel life issues and making them public. However, he sentenced that a certain section of the media on this issue and desired for a law against the media which publishes false news.

Recently, in a press conference, the chocolate faced hero lost his cool and abused the media for cooking up wrong stories against him and his family. He pointed out that his relationship with his elder sister Manjula was unnecessarily dragged by the media and was made public.

He also commented on the news which was published a couple of months back which stated that he was kidnapped and his wife was arguing for a divorce and alimony. Prince Mahesh pleaded the media then after and said that he was a normal human being filled with emotions, he also added that such false news created by the media can ruin the life of a person. He demanded that a certain section of the media was writing against celebrities in order to make money and demanded for a law against those media persons.

Later on, when he said that he will now on be available for just a few newspapers, a media representative asked Mahesh that all sections of media are like a family and so being available for only few newspapers will be unfair. The media person also commented that the same media is responsible for a make and break of a celebrity’s glitter. Hearing this Mahesh walked away from the media conference and asked his men to conclude the brief media get-together by distributing his latest films promotional photos.

Tollywood industry is said to be struggling these days as the movies which are flooding (like tides to the shore) at the box office are either disappointing or proving as mega flops. At this stage, the investments which are being made in the films are not being able to be retrieved at the box office. As a result many producers are feeling threatened to release their products or are selling them to the movie channels nowadays at no profit-no loss basis.

So, what are basic principles for tailoring a super hit film or a blockbuster film?  Big hero, skin revealing actresses, story, music, dialogues, screen play, choreography and likewise form the basic ingredients for a super hit. But nowadays, the first two mentioned words i.e. big hero and skin revealing actresses are unnecessary for a movie to reach a super hit tag.

The year 2008 passed on with only few hits like READY, Kotha Bangaru Lokam and others which had neither big star cast nor powerful dialogues. But these movies had a bit interesting storyline, good music and moreover offered entertainment to all sections of audiences.

Already, half of the film audiences are dropping their thoughts to watch a movie nowadays. The expense met on watching a movie with a family or friends seem to be unworthy when the movie is seen. Lack of full-entertainment has made many people turn to other entertainment sources like watching movies on DVD’s or going for parties and

Shopping. If this continues, a day will come when the people like to watch the movies only in the comfort of their homes and the movies will be premiered on the cable network directly.

So, all you producers, directors and actors who feel to offer entertainment, atleast concentrate on the storyline, music and innovative screenplay in your upcoming movies and offer complete entertainment to the movie buffers.

This will at least make the film industry survive, if not revive in future.

Chiranjeevi, the once upon time Megastar, has turned into an MLA with the ongoing assembly sessions. A glimpse of Chiranjeevi was enough to light an entire podium a year ago. Now, he has lost his sheen along with his value in tollywood and his fans.

He is now sitting as a MLA with no much value in the assembly. Initially, Chiranjeevi may get some value in this assembly session. After two or three assembly sessions he will remain as just one of the MLA.

It is a fact that by entering politics, Chiranjeevi has committed a mistake. This was evident from the results of the 2009 elections which went against him. Tollywood also witnessed some of the voices against him. Kota Srinivas Rao, Chandramohan, Jayasudha, Roja, Rajshekar, Jeevitha were amongst the others who raised their voices against Chiranjeevi and his Praja Rajyam party.

Some sources leak out that Chiranjeevi will only does message oriented movies from now on.  But due to his loss of iconic status the response from his fans may turn negative at the box office. So, what lies ahead for the megastar is in a jinx and his followers like Allu Arvind, Pawan Kalyan and others have made his future even worse by their deeds.

So, is Megastar going to win back the hearts of his million fans or is he going to be just one of the MLA’s in the assembly, these lines will be answered only by time.

Prince Mahesh Babu who did not campaign n for the congress party in the 2009 just concluded election is going to face a hard time soon. YSR, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh is said to take personnel grudge against Prince Mahesh in a few days time. On his request to campaign for the Congress party, Prince did not turn up for the election and moreover totally disappeared from the film world.

Since, then YSR is said to be in a miffed up state with the actor. It is gossiped that he is going to axe Minister Adikeshava Rao (uncle to Mahesh) from his cabinet and that too in order to teach Prince a lesson.

On the other hand, Mahesh is busy in Bangkok driving a cab as he is playing the role of a taxi cover in his upcoming movie “Varudu”. Anushka Shetty has also recently landed in Bangkok and is participating in the shooting schedule. Previously, Parvathi melton was paid an amount of Rs 60 lacs, but now she is being forced to repay the amount back as she is not a part of the project anymore.

Power star Pawan Kalyan who is coming with her latest movie ‘Komuram PULI’ on august 15^th has finally bid good bye to politics. Though this news was still a gossip till recently, now it is a confirmed fact.

With the unexpected results going in the favor of PR party, Pawan was totally depressed till recently. He was staying away from media and also was avoiding his brothers. Last week on Friday, Chiranjeevi contacted Pawan Kalyan at his residence and Pawan’s wife Renu Desai answered the call by saying that the power star was not home. It is reported that Chiru, immediately reported at Kalyan’s house and found him sitting idle at home. He immediately shunted Pawan and asked him to rejuvenate his acting life again instead of lying disappointed with the results of the 2009 elections

PISTA was a much hyped and was released with a lot of expectations. But the movie’s storyline disappoints the audience as the subject looks old, stale and dry. There is nothing new to offer to the watching crowds. Few action scenes and Shriya’s skin show make the mass crowds a bit happy.

Story

The movie starts with a young and dynamic man in the opening frame. He is the hero Murali Krishna (Vishal) who hails from a small town. He is in search of his elder brother who runs away from the dwelling. The reason for his escape is said to be his mother’s anguish. When the hero and the hero’s elder brother are in their child hood days, Murali Krishna’s elder brother pierces a name tattoo of a girl called Meenakshi on his chest. On seeing it, Murali Krishna’s mother (Geeta) thrashes him severely. For this reason, the young boy runs away from the house.

Murali Krishna promises his mother that he will find out his elder brother’s traced and will bring him back to her. In a search to find him, Murali lands up in Vizag and stays in a room of his friend Ali.

Incidentally, a young a beautiful girl Indu (Shriya) meets him and after some time they both fall in love. Her costumes in the songs are too hot to handle. Meanwhile, there are two noted criminals in Vizag who are more than evils to the society. Surya Prakash (Prakash Raj) and another villain named Guru (Kishore) control the evil deeds in Vizag. Guru is a real estate broker who occupies lands of innocent people.

Vishal somehow gets involved in a brawl with the two gangsters and traces out that the dreaded criminal Guru is his elder brother. He tries to convince Guru that his profession is wrong and narrates the whole past of them. He somehow manages to bring out Guru into the good path. But what happens in the end is a suspense which has to be seen on a big screen.

Performances

Vishal looks handsome in the movie and as usual offers his 100% to the movie’s storyline. His character is heroic and well enough to be labeled as a perfect man. He is impeccable in performing Acton and dancing scenes.

Shriya adds the life of glamour to the movie. Her tempting costumes raise the temperatures in the theatre. Ironically, most of her costumes display her cleavage to full extent and her naval to a major part. Moreover, the collar bones and the jaw line of her is a superb addition to her impeccable beauty.

Prakash Raj plays the role of a baddie perfectly, but this is for the first time that he is not seen in a meaty role. Tannikella Bharani adds as a villains support and plays well his character.

The comedy is almost average and the music is disappointing. But choreography is superb and adds zing to the song.

The director Saban tried to carve PISTA into a blockbuster. But the weak storyline makes it a bit pulled out and the movie may not live to the expected run in the theatres.

‘Magadheera’ which is in the making from the past 11 months seems to be curse for the film career of budding star Ram Charan. SS Rajamouli is carving this movie and already the movie has surpassed the estimated budget of Rs 34 crores. Allu Arvind who is producing this movie is said to be a tensed man due to the over budget of the film.

Kajal agarwal is the heroine in this movie and Megastar Chiranjeevi will be seen in a cameo role in this movie and it is a highlight. The movie’s script is about the rebirth drama where the lead pair fall in love and die and then reunite in their next birth.

The movie is said to be shot in a lavish way and the director Rajamouli has left no stone unturned in carving this movie as a super hit. According to sources, Allu Arvind is said to be relying on Megastar fans that can make and break records. Recently, he met Hyderabad, Vizag, Vijayawada and Rajumundry fan association presidents and held a meeting. He urged them to support Ram Charan as they support the megastar and also asked them to make “Magadheera” a super hit. It is also reported that Arvind gave them some initial amount in order to meet their extra curricular expenses. The movie is said to release by first week of July.

Meanwhile, bollywood fame Deepika Padukone is said to be the lead heroine in Ram Charan’s third movie. The movie is going to be directed by ‘Bommarillu’ Bhaskar.

Ileana who looked sexy with her hourglass figure has grown a bit plum on request from her fans. She was looking a b it fat in her latest movie “KICK”. But her body structure is still attractive. Last year, in 2008 Ileana fetches some value in tollywood with JALSA and so her remuneration was hanging in between 80 lacs and 1 crore package.

Now, this year in 2009, with her latest release KICK she has increased her remuneration to 1.43 cr. According t sources, a well known producer approached her recently and was shocked to hear the remuneration amount stated. It is a fact that Ileana’s mother looks into the financial earning of her elder daughter and so she is said to quote an amount of Rs 1.43 cr.

Meanwhile, according to sources, Lakshmi Prasanna, better known as daughter of actor Mohan Babu is producing a movie very soon. Manchu Manoj will be the hero and Ileana is said to play the female lead. Ace director Raghavendra Rao is directing this movie.

R Rao has superb directing skills and is famous for portraying women as fruits and flowers. If the luscious beauty Ileana is given to him then he will show her in a die hard way which will make her male fans catch their tools.

Actor Vishal who is an Andhra Pradesh south Indian hero is making merry in Kollywood these days. His latest upcoming film is titled as PISTA and the movie is a bilingual movie which will also release in Tamil simultaneously with the title THORANAI.

PISTA has actress Shriya Saran who is seen flaunting her curves to the shutter bugs nowadays. Shriya transformed into a glam doll after ‘Shivaji’ and her steamy scenes in PISTA are already on the internet. Shriya will be seen in a bath tub scene revealing her thighs and beautiful curves and this is going to be a highlight in the movie.

Actor Sushanth who made his debut last year is coming on May 29th with his upcoming movie titled as “CURRENT”. The movie has Aishwarya Rai mimic Sneha Ullal as the female lead and this lady is also capable to attract the male attention with her revealing acts.

So, this 29th May will have a heated competition in between the two young actors Vishal and Sushanth.

Chiranjeevi the Praja Rajyam leader is now going to enter the assembly as an MLA. According to sources, the Megastar was deeply disappointed by the election results. But he covered it by saying that his fans have ordered him to in the opposition in order to reveal the problems of the common man to the ruling party.

Frankly speaking, Cinema glamour failed in the 2009 elections and it essayed that the citizens of Andhra Pradesh are not interested in voting to people who don the grease paint. They elected those who genuinely have the caliber to solve their problems.

However, Chiranjeevi on Sunday believed that more star power would have earned him more votes. It is a fact that stars like Ravi Teja, actor Srikanth, Brahmanandham were about to join the Praja Rajyam party in December 2008. Brahmi also announced that he would wind off all his acting projects till December 2008 and would join the PR party in December last week.

But all off them turned into false speakers as none of the above mentioned stars at least participated in the election campaign. Though Actor Srikanth showed some inclination, he was warned by his childhood friend Shivaji for doing so.

So, Ravi Teja, Srikanth and Brahmanandham cheated Chiranjeevi in the elections and if they would have joined the election campaign, they would have at least attracted some more votes.
